Research and Application of Force Measurement Device for 20,000 t Train Operation Status
In response to the operation of 20,000 t heavy-haul trains on the Shuohuang Line,the second major channel for transporting coal from west to east in China,the complex stress conditions of the vehicles during operation are caused by objective factors such as the small radius of the line curve,steep gradient,heavy load of the 20,000 t train,and long marshalling.The smooth operation level of locomotive crews directly affects the safety and quality of train operation.Therefore,scientific and standardized standards for smooth operation are required.Due to the lack of professional force measurement equipment in the early stage of operation,the quality of train operation mainly depends on the on-site experience of operators to optimize the manipulation standards,which has certain subjective disadvantages.To more accurately optimize train manipulation,it is necessary to design and develop a force measurement device for the operating state of 20,000 t trains to collect the stress conditions of the vehicles during train operation,thereby optimizing train manipulation more scientifically and reasonably and achieving smooth manipulation of 20,000 t trains.
