摘要

针对火电厂热控仪表长期运营过程中存在的设备失灵故障、测温电阻等常见故障问题,本文旨在深入探讨火电厂热控仪表及自动装置的维护与调试技术.从热控仪表及自动装置的基本构成和工作原理出发,详细阐述了其维护与调试的重要性,并提出了具体的维护与调试方法.提出了针对性故障检修和调试解决方法,如对热控仪表安装方式、工艺等方式进行改进,实现对仪表设备进行管护.旨在提高火电厂热控仪表及其自动装置的维护和调试水平.

Abstract

Focusing on common issues such as equipment malfunctions and temperature measurement resistance failures during the long-term operation of thermal control instrumentation in thermal power plants,this article aims to conduct in-depth research on the maintenance and debugging techniques of thermal control instrumentation and automatic devices in thermal power plants.Starting from the basic composition and working principles of thermal control instrumentation and automatic devices,this article elaborates on the importance of their maintenance and debugging,and proposes specific maintenance and debugging methods.Targeted fault inspection,repair,and debugging solutions are put forward,including improving the installation and manufacturing processes of thermal control instrumentation,and implementing protection and maintenance of the instrumentation equipment.The goal is to enhance the maintenance and debugging level of thermal control instrumentation and its automatic devices in thermal power plants.
