Analysis of the Causes of Frequent Burnout of Energy Storage Motors in 10 kV Vacuum Circuit Breakers
The frequent burnout of the vacuum circuit breaker's energy storage motor in the 10 kV high-voltage switchgear within the company's production factory has seriously affected the safe and reliable operation of power supply and distribution equipment,causing significant economic losses to the company.This article analyzes the potential causes of frequent energy storage motor failures from various perspectives,including mechanical failures,electrical issues,improper adjustment of travel switches,and environmental factors.Corresponding maintenance and optimization countermeasures are also proposed.Through the on-site application and implementation of some solutions,good application effects have been demonstrated.Future plans include adopting Siemens'suggestions and further optimizing measures.
