摘要
随着现代医疗技术的不断发展以及国内外各种先进医疗设备的不断引进,我国医疗设备的管理水平要求在不断提高,医疗器械不仅在医院固定资产中具有较大比重,医院大部分的经济效益也主要来自医疗器械的使用,医疗器械的管理水平直接影响到医院及相关生产企业的经济效益,因此需要利用项目管理的理念及方法建立医疗器械质量管理体系,以适应医院及生产企业的发展需要.
Abstract
With the continuous development of modern medical technology and the continuous introduction of various advanced medical devices from home and abroad,the management level of requirements for medical equipment in China are constantly improving.Medical devices not only account for a large proportion of the fixed assets in hospitals,but also contribute significantly to the economic benefits of hospitals.The management level of medical devices directly affects the economic benefits of hospitals and related production enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to utilize the concept and method of project management to establish a medical device quality management system to meet the development needs of hospitals and production enterprises.
