聚四氟乙烯薄膜压力控制技术研究

针对橡胶弹丸发射时对启动压力的控制需求,设计了一种聚四氟乙烯薄膜.利用三维软件完成薄膜的模型建立,通过内弹道计算得到满足橡胶弹丸初速时所需的启动压力,并试验各厚度下薄膜的压力控制能力.研究结果表明,薄膜厚度0.08mm时,能够控制启动压力为2.4 MPa,满足橡胶弹丸使用要求,对压力控制技术的研究具有一定的指导意义.
Research on Pressure Control Technology of Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)Film
In response to the need for controlling the starting pressure during the launch of rubber bullets,a polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)film was designed.The modeling of the film was completed using 3D software,and the required starting pressure for achieving the initial velocity of rubber bullets was determined through internal ballistic calculations.Experiments were conducted to test the pressure control capability of the film at various thicknesses.The research results indicate that when the film thickness is 0.08mm,it can effectively control the starting pressure at 2.4MPa,meeting the operational requirements of rubber bullets.This study provides valuable guidance for research on pressure control technology.
