摘要

凝汽器真空值是发电厂常规岛运行的重要安全参数,凝汽器真空值过低,汽轮机末级蒸汽湿度过高,会造成末级叶片损害,危害汽轮机组安全运行.某电厂 2015 年发电运行期间,常规岛凝汽器的真空值一直处于较低水平,2016 年对机组凝汽器真空降低问题进行了原因分析,并制定和完成了凝汽器真空系统优化措施,在2020年运行期间得到了有效验证,保障了运行安全.

Abstract

The condenser vacuum value is an important safety parameter for the operation of the conventional island in a power plant.Excessively low condenser vacuum values and excessively high humidity of the final-stage steam in the steam turbine can damage the final-stage blades,jeopardizing the safe operation of the turbine set.During the power generation operation of a power plant in 2015,the vacuum value of the condenser in the conventional island remained at a low level.In 2016,a cause analysis was carried out for the issue of reduced condenser vacuum in the turbine unit,and optimization measures for the condenser vacuum system were formulated and implemented.These measures were effectively verified during the operation in 2020,ensuring operational safety.
