摘要

文章简单分析了基于超临界机组氧化皮所引发的常见事故与原因,并对超临界机组氧化皮的产生机理与影响因素进行了说明.在此基础上,提出了一系列超临界机组氧化皮的防控关键技术与措施,包括对锅炉冷却降温速率进行适当降低、持续推行减温水投运规范化、固化干湿态转换操作、应用本质安全的锅炉给水加氧处理方法,以此实现对氧化皮产生与脱落的优化控制,降低过热器氧化皮脱落爆管事故的发生概率.

Abstract

This article briefly analyzes the common accidents and causes caused by oxide scales in supercritical units,and explains the formation mechanism and influencing factors of oxide scales in supercritical units.Based on this,a series of key technologies and measures for the prevention and control of oxide scales in supercritical units are proposed,including appropriately reducing the cooling rate of the boiler,continuously promoting the standardization of desuperheating water operation,solidifying the operation of dry-wet state conversion,and applying the essentially safe boiler feedwater oxygenation treatment method.This realizes the optimized control of oxide scale generation and shedding,reducing the probability of tube burst accidents caused by oxide scale shedding in superheaters.
