Analysis of the Forming Process for High-strength Precision Bolts Made of GH4169 Material
This article analyzes the forming process of GH4169 high-strength precision bolts and proposes specific forming techniques.Under the premise of ensuring that the mold, blank, and final rolling temperature meet the design requirements,a double-roll rolling mill is used instead of a single-roll rolling mill for forming.Through finite element simulation calculations, the load reduction and tension change curves of the double-roll rolling mill are obtained, providing a basis for the design of equipment parameters for double-roll extrusion.Research has been conducted on the heat treatment process, and based on the mechanical properties of the alloy, the heating temperature range is determined to be between 375 and 400℃,with a holding time of 2 hours,an annealing temperature of 100 to 110℃,and a holding time of 8 to 10 minutes. This effectively improves the mechanical properties of the material.
