摘要
本文对GH4169高强度精密螺栓的成形过程进行了分析,并提出了具体的成形工艺.在保证模具、坯料以及终轧温度均满足设计要求的前提下,采用双辊轧机代替单辊轧机加工成形.通过有限元仿真计算,得到了双辊轧机压下量和张力变化曲线,为双辊挤压设备参数设计提供依据;对热处理工艺进行了研究,根据该合金的力学性能特点,确定了加热温度范围在 375~400℃之间,保温时间 2 h,退火温度 100~110℃,保温时间 8~10 min.从而有效地提高了该材料的机械性能.
Abstract
This article analyzes the forming process of GH4169 high-strength precision bolts and proposes specific forming techniques.Under the premise of ensuring that the mold,blank,and final rolling temperature meet the design requirements,a double-roll rolling mill is used instead of a single-roll rolling mill for forming.Through finite element simulation calculations,the load reduction and tension change curves of the double-roll rolling mill are obtained,providing a basis for the design of equipment parameters for double-roll extrusion.Research has been conducted on the heat treatment process,and based on the mechanical properties of the alloy,the heating temperature range is determined to be between 375 and 400℃,with a holding time of 2 hours,an annealing temperature of 100 to 110℃,and a holding time of 8 to 10 minutes.This effectively improves the mechanical properties of the material.
