Analysis of the Reasons for the Sticking of the Main Steam Valve in the 300,000?kW Unit of Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant and Research on Countermeasures
The article addresses the issue of sticking encountered in the full-stroke movement test of the crucial valve 2# main steam valve for the 350 MW unit at Qinshan Nuclear Power Company Limited.Through analyzing the fault phenomenon,system parameters,and the schematic diagram of the main steam valve servo-motor,the cause of the sticking was identified.Solutions were proposed and implemented,achieving satisfactory results and ensuring the safe and economic operation of the unit.
