摘要

文章针对秦山核电有限公司 350 MW机组2#主汽门在重要阀门全行程动作试验期间出现的卡涩问题,根据故障现象和系统参数以及对主汽门油动机原理图进行分析,找出了主汽门卡涩的原因,并提出了解决办法,收到了良好的效果,保证了机组的安全经济运行.

Abstract

The article addresses the issue of sticking encountered in the full-stroke movement test of the crucial valve 2# main steam valve for the 350 MW unit at Qinshan Nuclear Power Company Limited.Through analyzing the fault phenomenon,system parameters,and the schematic diagram of the main steam valve servo-motor,the cause of the sticking was identified.Solutions were proposed and implemented,achieving satisfactory results and ensuring the safe and economic operation of the unit.
