Research on the Impact of Temperature Regulation and Phase Transition Characteristics of Shape Memory Alloy Stents on Vascular Wall Pressure and Their Application Prospects
Shape Memory Alloy(SMA)self-expandable stents represent a promising tool for vascular interventional therapy. This paper first introduces the characteristics and applications of SMA self-expandable stents, including their unique properties in vascular stenting.Following that, through simulation analysis of concave-convex stents in realistic vascular plaque models, key technologies such as the establishment of finite element models for blood vessels and plaques, and the analysis of stent expansion behavior and fatigue properties are thoroughly explored. Finally,an overview of the medical applications of SMA stents and the technical challenges and development directions they face is presented, emphasizing their potential in improving the effectiveness of vascular interventional therapy and promoting medical technology innovation.
