摘要
本文简要介绍了电厂天然气使用的调压装置组成,从调压阀一般故障入手,对皮膜受损、切断阀失效等各类问题,给出对应的故障处理方法;结合某燃气轮机电厂的实际调压失效问题,给出调压改进方案,以此恢复天然气调压性能,促使电厂生产活动有序进行.
Abstract
This article briefly introduces the composition of the pressure regulating device for natural gas used in power plants.Starting with the common faults of the pressure regulating valve,corresponding troubleshooting methods are provided for issues such as damaged diaphragms and failed shut-offvalves.Based on the actual pressure regulation failure issue in a gas turbine power plant,a pressure regulation improvement plan is presented to restore the natural gas pressure regulation performance and promote orderly production activities in the power plant.
