摘要
校准技术则是确保在线测量系统准确性和可靠性的基础,通过对机床精度的检测和调整,能够实现对加工过程的精确控制,提高产品质量和生产效率.本研究以满足实际工作需求为导向,提出了一种适用于企业内部的高效数控机床在线测量系统校准技术.该技术结合补偿算法,精确提供轴线长度示值误差的修正值,以符合技术规范.实验证明,该方法兼具高精度与高效性,具备显著的技术推广价值.
Abstract
Calibration technology is the foundation for ensuring the accuracy and reliability of online measurement systems.By detecting and adjusting the accuracy of machine tools,precise control of the machining process can be achieved,improving product quality and production efficiency.This study proposes an efficient online measurement system calibration technology for CNC machine tools suitable for internal use in enterprises,with the aim of meeting practical work needs.This technology combines compensation algorithms to accurately provide correction values for axis length indication errors to comply with technical specifications.Experimental results have shown that this method combines high accuracy and efficiency,and has significant technical promotion value.
