摘要
随着我国发展速度的不断加快,煤矿资源需求量也在随之增多,为了保证供应能够契合实际需求,在生产过程中会利用大量的机电设备,一旦出现系统控制故障安全问题,不仅会严重降低采矿的效率,且容易引发巨大的财产损失和人员伤亡.本文主要研究讨论了基于PLC矿用皮带机电气控制系统,概述了矿用皮带机及其电气控制系统的重要性,详细阐述了PLC矿用皮带机电气控制系统优势与功能,并且对PLC矿用皮带机电气控制系统的构成及其应用方面展开了深入探讨.
Abstract
With the accelerating development of China,the demand for coal mine resources is also increasing.In order to ensure that the supply can meet the actual demand,a large number of mechanical and electrical equipment will be used in the production process.Once there is a safety problem with the system control failure,it will not only seriously reduce the mining efficiency,but also easily lead to huge property losses and casualties.This article mainly discusses the electrical control system of mine belt conveyor based on PLC,outlines the importance of mine belt conveyor and its electrical control system,elaborates the advantages and functions of PLC mine belt conveyor electrical control system,and conducts an in-depth discussion on the composition and application of PLC mine belt conveyor electrical control system.
