Research on the Application of Danfoss Inverter's Anti Shake Electricity Function in the Chemical Industry
Fluctuations in grid voltage can directly affect the input current and torque of electric motors,leading to highly unstable operating conditions,which in turn reduces the motor's efficiency.This not only affects the motor's service life but also increases energy consumption,resulting in lower economic efficiency.Additionally,it can intensify motor noise and vibrations,potentially causing adverse effects on the surrounding environment and equipment.Voltage fluctuations can also accelerate the insulation aging of power supply and utilization equipment,shortening their service life,and may induce voltage waveform distortion and high-order harmonics,threatening the safety of the power grid and equipment.Therefore,maintaining stable grid voltage in power systems is essential to mitigate the potential harm to electric motors.
