Research on Fault Diagnosis Strategy for High Voltage SF6 Circuit Breakers in Substations
As an important electrical device in substations,the reliability of high-voltage SF6 circuit breakers is crucial for the stable operation of the power system.However,during long-term operation,circuit breakers may encounter various faults that affect their normal operation and performance.Therefore,this article aims to analyze common faults of high-voltage SF6 circuit breakers in substation maintenance and explore corresponding maintenance techniques.First,a large amount of existing literature and practical cases were collected to summarize the common faults that occur in the maintenance of high-voltage SF6 circuit breakers.Secondly,the predictive symptoms of fault diagnosis for substation circuit breakers are analyzed.Then,a fault diagnosis method for circuit breakers based on an adaptive mutation firefly algorithm is proposed.Finally,through numerical experiments,the SF6 circuit breakers under different fault conditions are tested and analyzed.The results show that by adopting the method in this article,common faults of high-voltage SF6 circuit breakers can be effectively solved,improving the reliability and stability of the equipment.
