摘要

天然气集气站压缩机噪声治理过程中,排气噪声和排气温度是主要难点.设计不合理可能导致噪声超标及室内温度升高,影响设备运行.通过分析噪声特性及工况,优化降噪方案并选取合适材料,成功解决噪声超标和排气高温问题,确保集气站的正常运行.

Abstract

During the noise control process of gas gathering station compressors,exhaust noise and exhaust temperature are the main challenges.Poor design may lead to excessive noise and increased indoor temperature,affecting equipment operation.By analyzing the noise characteristics and operating conditions,optimizing the noise reduction plan,and selecting appropriate materials,the issues of excessive noise and high exhaust temperatures were successfully resolved,ensuring the normal operation of the gas gathering station.
