摘要
钢铁冶金生产技术一直是行业研究的热点,在钢铁企业日常的经营及生产过程中经常涉及危险、有害以及高温的环境,因此,必须不断提升自身的自动化技术,不仅能促进钢铁冶金企业的自动化生产,提高环境安全,还能提升企业生产的关键技术.在各项生产技术中,自动化仪表是非常典型的内容之一.文中就关于钢铁冶金企业的自动化仪表技术进行了简要的分析和建议,对其特点以及应用特性进行具体分析,结合钢铁近期未来的自动化仪表发展趋势,从而为自动化仪表技术的创新和发展提供了一些指导.
Abstract
The production technology of steel metallurgy has always been a hot topic in the industry research.In the daily operation and production process of steel enterprises,hazardous,harmful and high-temperature environments are often involved.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously improve its automation technology,which can not only promote the automation production of steel metallurgy enterprises,improve environmental safety,but also enhance the key technologies of enterprise production.Among various production technologies,automation instruments are one of the most typical contents.This article provides a brief analysis and suggestions on the automation instrument technology of steel metallurgical enterprises,with a specific analysis of its characteristics and application features.Combined with the recent and future development trends of automation instruments in steel,it provides some guidance for the innovation and development of automation instrument technology.
