Analysis on the Development of Human-machine Interface for Open Numerical Control System
In the field of industrial automation,numerical control systems play a vital role.Compared with traditional closed numerical control systems,open numerical control systems are more flexible and easy to integrate.In open numerical control systems,the development of human-machine interfaces(HMI)is of utmost importance.This article focuses on HMI development.Based on the introduction of open numerical control systems,it discusses the current status of HMI development from multiple perspectives.It studies the key points of HMI development for open numerical control systems,including following technical requirements and design principles,analyzing project requirements,interface design,listing HMI design tasks,clarifying the interface design process,determining interface design methods,selecting appropriate interface design tools,and other crucial aspects such as optimizing performance,implementing functionality,and testing and debugging the system.
