摘要

本文分析了智能变电站的内涵,并探讨了其紧密联结全网与模块化运行操作的特点.深入分析了基于GOOSE/SV控制块的综合性防误措施及其在智能变电站继电保护运维中的应用.在此基础上,详细阐述了装置硬压板防误控制、装置检修隔离防误技术和装置就地操作防误技术的具体应用,为提升智能变电站继电保护运维的防误性能提供了理论支持和实践指导.

Abstract

This article analyzes the connotation of smart substations and explores their characteristics of close connectivity with the entire grid and modular operation.A comprehensive error prevention measure based on GOOSE/SV control blocks and its application in relay protection operation and maintenance in smart substations are thoroughly discussed.Based on this,the specific applications of device hardwiring board error prevention control,device maintenance isolation error prevention technology,and device local operation error prevention technology are elaborated,providing theoretical support and practical guidance for improving the error prevention performance of relay protection operation and maintenance in smart substations.
