Research on Heating Energy-saving Optimization Based on Remote Centralized Control System for Heating Stations
This article focuses on the research and application of a remote centralized control system for heat exchange stations,exploring its practical effects in optimizing heating energy efficiency.Through the analysis of control systems in 17 secondary heat exchange stations and the heating centralized control center,the objectives of remote centralized control,autonomous operation,fine adjustment,and demand-based heating in heat exchange stations have been achieved.Furthermore,optimization methods based on heating prediction principles and algorithms,as well as regulation strategies for primary network return water temperature and flow rate,are proposed to achieve thermal and hydraulic balance.The effectiveness of the proposed methods has been verified through system performance evaluation and testing,providing theoretical basis and practical guidance for the intelligence and energy efficiency of heating systems in the future.
