摘要

文中对静态压力传感器的概念及其性能参数进行了描述,首先,根据《JJG860-2015压力传感器(静态)检定规程》解释了其检定流程,主要涉及检验仪器、零点漂移及输出值的检定.其次,深入讨论了如何通过计算来获得压力传感器的工作曲线,这包括校准曲线的确定和工作直线的确定.最后,详尽地展示了关于传感器各项性能参数的计算步骤,如灵敏度、重复性、迟滞、线性度、基本误差和周期稳定性.通过对上述静态压力传感器技术指标的归纳整理,梳理了规程中提及的数据分析方法并进行量化计算,有效提升了静态压力传感器的计量工作效率.

Abstract

This article delves into the concept and performance parameters of static pressure sensors.Firstly,it outlines the inspection process according to the"Verification Regulation of Pressure Sensors(Static)JJG860-2015,"focusing on inspection instruments,zero offset detection,and output measurements.Secondly,it provides an in-depth discussion on how to computationally derive the working curve of a pressure sensor,encompassing the establishment of a calibration curve and the subsequent determination of the working curve.Lastly,it presents comprehensive steps for calculating various performance metrics of the sensor,such as sensitivity,repeatability,hysteresis,linearity,basic error,and long-term stability.By consolidating these technical indicators and analyzing the data methods mentioned in the regulation through quantitative calculations,the paper effectively enhances the metrological efficiency of static pressure sensors.
