摘要
电气自动化设备的可靠运行对工业生产和社会生活至关重要.然而,设备故障不仅会导致生产中断,还可能引发严重的安全隐患.本文旨在探讨电气自动化设备故障诊断与预测维护技术的最新进展.通过分析现有技术的优缺点,提出了适用于不同应用场景的故障诊断和预测维护方法.重点讨论了基于人工智能、大数据分析和物联网的前沿技术及其在实际应用中的效果.本文总结了当前研究的成果与不足,并指出了未来发展的方向.
Abstract
The reliable operation of electrical automation equipment is crucial to industrial production and social life.However,equipment failures can not only lead to production interruptions but also pose serious safety hazards.This article aims to explore the latest advancements in fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance technology for electrical automation equipment.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of existing technologies,fault diagnosis and predictive maintenance methods suitable for different application scenarios are proposed.The article focuses on discussing cutting-edge technologies based on artificial intelligence,big data analysis,and the Internet of Things(IoT)and their effectiveness in practical applications.This article summarizes the achievements and limitations of current research and points out directions for future development.
