摘要

为确保电力系统的稳定运行,制定了巡检与检修计划,包括设备定期检查与维护保养;建立应急处置与故障排除流程,采用先进的故障诊断系统提高效率,基于数据分析更换老旧设备,增加避雷器数量并优化布局.运维与检修策略提升了 10 kV配电线路运行效率,绝缘电阻高于规定值并耐压试验通过.同时避雷器测试合格,泄漏电流远低于限值,预计升级改造将提高可靠性、安全性与运行效率,满足电力需求,提升供电质量和服务水平.

Abstract

To ensure the stable operation of the power system,an inspection and maintenance plan has been developed,including regular inspection and maintenance of equipment;establishing emergency response and troubleshooting procedures;adopting advanced fault diagnosis systems to improve efficiency;replacing outdated equipment based on data analysis;and increasing the number and optimizing the layout of lightning arresters.These operation,maintenance,and inspection strategies have improved the operational efficiency of 10 kV distribution lines,with insulation resistance exceeding the specified values and passing the withstand voltage test.Meanwhile,the lightning arresters have passed testing with leakage currents far below the limit.It is expected that the upgrading and renovation will improve reliability,safety,and operational efficiency,meeting power demand and enhancing power supply quality and service levels.
