This article focuses on the relay protection system in hydropower plants,analyzing its design configuration and daily operation and maintenance strategies.The study delves into optimizing the functionality of relay protection equipment to enhance its ability to respond efficiently in emergencies and accidents.Through precise protection mechanisms,the aim is to achieve real-time fault warning and rapid response,ensuring the stable and safe operation of power generation facilities,and maintaining the continuity and reliability of power supply.
