摘要

随着火电行业向高度自动化和智能化的转型,火电机组的稳定运行显得尤为重要.故障诊断与预警系统是确保机组高效稳定运行的关键技术之一.本文针对火电机组自动化生产中的故障问题,设计了一种基于先进的数据处理技术和算法的故障诊断与预警系统.系统集成了故障检测、类型识别、位置定位及预警响应等功能,能够实时监控设备状态,及时发现并处理潜在的故障.

Abstract

As the thermal power industry transforms towards a high level of automation and intelligence,the stable operation of thermal power units becomes particularly important.Fault diagnosis and early warning systems are one of the key technologies to ensure the efficient and stable operation of units.Aiming at the fault issues in the automated production of thermal power units,this article designs a fault diagnosis and early warning system based on advanced data processing techniques and algorithms.The system integrates functions such as fault detection,type recognition,location positioning,and early warning response,enabling real-time monitoring of equipment status and timely detection and handling of potential faults.
