IPDI型水性聚氨酯防皱整理剂的合成工艺优化

以聚醚多元醇、聚酯多元醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)等为原料,采用预聚体自乳化的方法合成脂肪族水性聚氨酯,通过单因素分析法,优化出最佳合成工艺:预聚反应65℃,2 h;扩链反应70℃,2 h;R值[n(异氰酸酯):n(羟基)]为1.8~2.4,DMPA用量3.5%~5.5%.整理后,防皱效果良好.
Synthesis and optimization of IPDI-based waterborne polyurethane wrinkle resistant finishing agent
Aliphatic waterborne polyurethane (WPU) was synthesized using polyether polyols, polyester polyols, isopropyl ketone diisocyanate (IPDI) and dimethylol propionic acid (DMPA) as raw materials through pre-polymerization self-emulsion method. The optimal synthetic technology was obtained through single factor method: pre-polymerization process was conducted at 65 ℃ for 2 h, extended chain reaction was performed under 70 ℃ for 2 h, R value (the molar ratio of isocyanate and hydroxyl) was 1.8-2.4 and DMPA dosage was 3.5%~5.5%. The finished fabric had good wrinkle resistance.
