热敏微胶囊的制备与性能研究

以有机热敏复配物为芯材,明胶-阿拉伯树胶为壁材,戊二醛为交联剂,采用复凝聚法制备热敏变色微胶囊.探讨了热敏微胶囊芯材组成及其配比对变色性能的影响.确定以m(结晶紫内酯)∶m(双酚A)∶m(十四醇/十六醇)=1∶4∶70复配物为芯材时,变色效果最好.通过单因素及正交试验,优化了热敏微胶囊制备工艺条件.热敏微胶囊性能测试结果表明,微胶囊颗粒平均粒径为8.14μm,变色灵敏,耐热性以及环境适应性良好,可以用于热敏变色织物的开发.
Thermochromic microcapsules were prepared using thermochromic composite as core-materi-al, gelatin-arabic gum as wal material, glyoxal as crosslinking agent through complex coacervation method. The influences of composition and formulation of core-material on thermochromic property were investigated, and the thermochromic effect was the best using crystal violet lactone, bisphenol A, and hexadecanol/tetradec-anol as core-material with 1∶4∶70 of mass ratio. Through the single-factor and the orthogonal tests, the prep-aration process parameters of microcapsule were optimized. The performance testing results of thermochro-mic microcapsules showed that the average particle size of the microcapsules was 8.14 μm, and thermochro-mic properties, thermal stability, environmental adaptability of the microcapsules were good. The results showed that the thermochromic microcapsules could be used to develop thermochromic fabrics.
