壳聚糖季铵盐在活性染料棉织物低盐染色中的应用

自制壳聚糖季铵盐阳离子改性剂,考察棉织物改性对活性染料染色工艺的影响,优化改性棉织物染色工艺。结果表明:当改性剂1 g/L、活性黑2%(omf)、氯化钠20 g/L、碳酸钠15 g/L、60℃、30 min时,改性棉织物与相同条件下未改性织物相比,固色率可提高40%左右。与传统染色工艺相比,采用阳离子改性工艺,可大幅度减少中性盐用量,减少污染。
Application of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt in the low-salt-dyeing of cotton fabrics with reactive dyes
The chitosan quaternary ammonium salt cationic modifying agent was prepared. The effect of the modification of cotton fabrics to reative dyeing process was investigated, and the dyeing process was opti?mized. The results showed the optimal dyeing process: modifier 1 g/L, Reactive Black 2%(omf), sodium chlo?ride 20 g/L, sodium carbonate 15 g/L, dyeing at 60 ℃ for 30 min. Compared with the unmodified fabrics at the same dyeing conditions, the fixation rate could be increased by about 40% for the modified coffon fabrics. It could be seen that the amount of neutral salt and the pol ution could be greatly reduced using cationic modi?fied process.
