β2-SiW11Mn/聚苯胺/ZnO三元复合材料的制备及其光催化性能

采用水浴加热方法制备β2-SiW1 Mn/PANI/ZnO,用紫外光谱、热重、SEM方法进行表征.研究了合成的催化剂对有机染料甲基橙降解的光催化活性.讨论了催化剂用量、甲基橙溶液的初始质量浓度、溶液pH等对甲基橙降解的影响.结果表明,当溶液pH=8,催化剂用量25 mg/L,质量浓度为5 mg/L的甲基橙溶液在30 W紫外灯下,降解率可达99.63%,与催化剂β2-SiW1 Mn和PANI/ZnO比较,三元催化剂β2-SiW1 Mn/PANI/ZnO表现出更高的光催化降解性能.
Preparation and photocatalytic performances of β2-Siw11Mn/polyaniline/ZnO ternary composites
The ternary composites β2- SiW11Mn/PANI/ZnO were prepared by water bath method, and char?acterized by UV- Vis, TG and SEM. The catalytic activity of the synthesized catalyst for degradation of methyl orange was studied. The effects of catalyst dosage, initial concentration of methyl orange solution and pH on catalytic degradation rate were discussed. The results showed that under the UV lamp of 30 W, the degrada?tion rate could reach 99.63% when pH=8, the optimum amount of catalyst was 25 mg/L, and the concentra?tion of methyl orange solution was 5 mg/L. Compared with the catalysts β2- SiW11Mn and PANI/ZnO, the terna?ry compositesβ2- SiW11Mn/PANI/ZnO exhibited higher photocatalytic degradation property.
