纯棉织物雾化拒水整理工艺

具有优异防水透湿性能的功能面料受到研究者广泛关注.实验通过空气压缩雾化对商品化聚丙烯酸酯类无氟防水剂进行雾化,以真空抽吸负压气流为介质对纯棉织物进行雾化拒水整理,通过单因素分析法研究整理工艺对棉织物拒水效果的影响,并分析对比雾化拒水整理工艺与传统浸轧工艺整理后织物的拒水性能.结果表明:经整理剂质量浓度120 g/L,雾化抽吸时间6 min,焙烘温度150℃,焙烘时间2 min的雾化拒水整理工艺整理后,棉织物具有良好的防水效果,水接触角可达138.3°;且经30次水洗后,织物接触角仍大于120°,具有较好的耐水洗性能;雾化拒水整理对织物透气率和透湿性影响较小,且可以显著降低织物带液率,达到节能减排的效果.
Atomizd water repellent finishing process of cotton fabric
Functional fabrics with excellent waterproof and moisture permeability have attracted extensive attention from researchers.The commercial polyacrylate fluorine-free waterproof agent was atomized by air compression atomization,and the cotton fabric was treated by atomized water repellent finishing with vacuum suction negative pressure air flow as the medium.The influence of the finishing process on the water repel-lent effect of cotton fabrics was studied through single factor analysis,and the water repellent performance of fabrics treated with atomization and water repellent finishing process and traditional immersion rolling process was analyzed and compared.The results showed that the cotton fabric finished by atomized water repellent finishing process with mass concentration of finishing agent 120 g/L,atomization suction time of 6 min,bak-ing temperature of 150℃and baking time of 2 min,the cotton fabric had a good waterproof effect,and the water contact angle could reach 138.3°.After 30 washing cycles,the contact angle of the fabric was still great-er than 120°,which showed good washing resistance.The air permeability and moisture permeability of treat-ed cotton fabric was less affected by atomized water repellent finishing process,which could significantly re-duce pickup of waterproof agent by the fabric to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.
