摘要

由于患者服是院内感染的主要载体之一,会使患者和医护人员的健康受到威胁,为此研制了FA-312A抗菌整理剂,将患者服织物浸入2%~4%(omf)FA-312A整理液中,40℃浸泡30~60 min;脱水后160℃烘5 min,获得抗菌患者服织物.研究发现,用FA-312A整理剂改性后的织物具有优异的抗菌性,分别用含有效氯消毒剂浸泡、5%次氯酸钙浸泡、0.1 mol/L NaOH浸泡、高温(121℃)湿热处理、90℃搅拌下中性洗涤剂洗涤,其抗菌性均未出现明显衰减或受到影响.改性患者服织物的pH满足WS/T 508-2016中对医用织物的要求,对皮肤无(低)刺激性,微溶出性,安全环保.

Abstract

Due to the fact that patient clothing is one of the main carriers of hospital infections,posing a threat to the health of patients and medical staff,FA-312A antibacterial finishing agent has been developed.The patient clothing fabric was immersed in 2%-4%(omf)FA-312A finishing solution,soaked at 40℃for 30~60 min,dehydrated,and dried at 160℃for 5 min to obtain antibacterial patient clothing fabric.Research re-sults demonstrated that fabrics modified with FA-312A finishing agent had excellent antibacterial properties.Soaking them in disinfectants containing effective chlorine,5%calcium hypochlorite,0.1 mol/L NaOH,high-temperature(121℃)wet heat treatment,and washing with neutral detergent under 90℃stirring did not show significant decline or impact on their antibacterial properties.The pH value of the modified patient cloth-ing fabric met the requirements for medical fabrics in WS/T 508-2016,with no(low)irritation to the skin,slight dissolution,and safety and environmental protection.
