Application of anti UV agent QH-3958 on cotton fabric
The anti UV agent QH-3958 was applied to cotton fabrics for anti UV finishing in the post fin-ishing process.Based on the performance test data of cotton fabrics treated under the process conditions of two immersion and two rolling,pre drying,drying,and baking,the amount of anti UV agent QH-3958 used for cotton fabric finishing was optimized.The results showed that the UV transmittance of cotton fabric could be significantly reduced after being treated with 50-60 g/L anti UV agent QH-3958,giving cotton fabric anti UV function and soft feeling.The color and light change was small,and the phenolic yellowing resistance effect could reach level 4,which providing reference for practical large-scale production applications in the workshop.
