High performance liquid chromatography determination of five isothia-zolinone compounds in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries
High performance liquid chromatography diode array detector(HPLC-DAD)detection method was established for five isothiazolinone compounds in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.This method uses methanol as solvent to extract target analytes from textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries through ultrasonic ex-traction,followed by HPLC-DAD determination.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 5 isothiazolinone compounds was greater than 0.999 in the range of 0.5-10.0 mg/L.The detection limit of this method were 7.5 mg/kg and the limit of quantification was 25.0 mg/kg.The recovery rate of spiking was 87.06%-112.79%,and the relative standard deviation was 1.07%-8.14%.This method had high sensitivity,good reproducibility,and simple operation,and could meet the detection requirements of isothiazolinone com-pounds in textile dyeing and finishing auxiliaries.
