低温增白剂TC-B在涤纶织物上的应用

为了解决涤纶增白高温高压反应、资源成本较高的问题,采用TC-B增白剂对涤纶进行低温增白,探究增白剂用量、反应温度、增白液pH、处理时间、浴比对白度的影响,并与常规增白剂CPS-3进行对比,测试其耐皂洗、耐汗渍、耐日晒色牢度.结果表明,当反应温度为98℃,增白剂用量为0.8%(omf),pH为7,处理时间为30 min,浴比为10∶1时,TC-B增白涤纶织物白度为160,增白效果优于反应温度为130℃的CPS-3,实现中性染浴低温涤纶荧光增白.
Application of low temperature whitening agent TC-B on polyester fabric
In order to solve the problems of high temperature and high pressure reaction and high re-source cost in polyester whitening,TC-B whitening agent was used to whiten polyester at low temperature.The effects of whitening agent concentration,reaction temperature,whitening solution pH,treatment time,and bath ratio on whiteness were investigated,and compared with conventional whitening agent CPS-3 to test its color fastness to soap washing,sweat stains,and sunlight.The results showed that when the reaction temperature was 98℃,the whitening agent concentration was 0.8%(omf),pH was 7,the treatment time was 30 min,and the bath ratio was 10∶1,the whiteness of TC-B whitening polyester fabric was 160,and the whit-ening effect was better than CPS-3 at reaction temperature of 130℃,achieving low-temperature fluorescent whitening of polyester in neutral dyeing bath.
