Dyeing performance of dispersed cationic dyes on ECDP
In order to improve the dyeing performance of ECDP,the dyeing kinetics and staining process of dispersed cationic dyes on ECDP were systematically studied.The results showed that the dyeing process of dispersed cationic dyes on ECDP followed the quasi second order kinetic adsorption theory.The optimized dyeing process was as follows:temperature 100℃,dosage of leveling agent 1227 0.5%(omf),and all color fastness of the dyed fabric met the requirements for wearing.
