Washing-free dyeing process for polyester woven fabric after alkali reduction
The chelating dispersant M-279,the dyeing synergist M-2431 and the dispersion leveling agent M-2432 were applied to the water-free dyeing process after polyester shuttle alkali reduction,and com-pared with the traditional dyeing process.The results showed that this combination had excellent levelness,good dispersibility to slurries and oligomers,good emulsifying properties to oil agents in working fluids,and could effectively solve dyeing problems caused by no water washing.The quality of dyeing products reached the level of traditional processes while also saving water and reducing consumption.
