考察了棉纱线和润滑剂的Zeta电位,通过测定润滑剂的吸附率,分析两者之间的吸附行为.结果表明:pH在3~10范围内,润滑剂乳液的Zeta电位受pH、润滑剂种类影响较大,棉漂白纱线的表面Zeta电位分布在-25~-20 mV,棉固色纱线的表面Zeta电位分布在10~30 mV;阳离子润滑剂在弱酸性条件下可以被棉漂白纱线充分吸附,中性至弱碱性条件下吸附率仅有6%~11%;弱酸至弱碱性范围内,棉固色纱线对阳离子润滑剂的吸附率仅有12%~22%;弱阴离子润滑剂在中性至碱性条件下可以被棉固色纱线充分吸附,在弱酸性条件下吸附率为67.9%.
Electrostatic adsorption behavior of cotton yarn lubricant
The Zeta potential of cotton yarn and lubricant was investigated,and the adsorption behavior between the two was analyzed by measuring the adsorption rate of the lubricant.The results showed that the Zeta potential of lubricant lotion is greatly affected by pH and lubricant type when pH was in the range of 3-10.The surface Zeta potential of cotton bleached yarn was-25 mV to-20 mV,and that of cotton fixed color yarn was 10 mV to 30 mV.Cationic lubricants could be fully adsorbed by cotton bleached yarn under weak acidic conditions,and the adsorption rate was only 6%-11%under neutral to weak alkaline conditions.In the range of weak acid to weak alkaline,the adsorption rate of cotton fixed color yarn on cationic lubricants was only 12%-22%.Weak anionic lubricants could be fully adsorbed by cotton fixed color yarn under neutral to al-kaline conditions,and the adsorption rate was 67.9%under weak acidic conditions.
