苎麻残胶率测试结果的影响因素及测试方法优化

摘要
按照GB/T 5889-1986中的方法对测试步骤进行了优化改进,按照优化改进后的测试方案测试苎麻样品的残胶率,并对实验数据进行统计分析及不确定度评估.结果表明,改进后的测试方法测试数据更加准确,测试时间大幅缩短,有效提高了工作效率.
Abstract
The testing steps were optimized and improved according to the method in GB/T 5889-1986.The gum residual rate of ramie samples was tested according to the improved testing plan,and the experi-mental data was statistically analyzed and evaluated for uncertainty.The results showed that the improved testing method had more accurate testing data,significantly reduced testing time,and effectively improved work efficiency.
