纺织用有机硅改性水性聚氨酯研究进展

摘要
有机硅改性水性聚氨酯材料因具有良好的耐候性、耐水性、低温柔韧性和高温稳定性等特点受到广泛关注,对其结构与性能进行研究并将其应用于纺织品功能整理成为研究热点.对比分析使用不同有机硅材料对水性聚氨酯进行改性的方法,如共混法、共聚法和互穿网络聚合法等对材料结构及性能的影响及优缺点,阐述了有机硅改性水性聚氨酯在纺织品功能整理中的应用,展望未来研究应用前景.
Abstract
Organic silicon modified waterborne polyurethane materials have been widely concerned be-cause of its good weather resistance,water resistance,low temperature flexibility and high temperature stabili-ty.The research on its structure and properties and its application in textile functional finishing has become a research hotspot.The effects of different organic silicon materials on the structure and properties of water-borne polyurethane,such as blending,copolymerization and interpenetrating network polymerization,were compared and analyzed.The application of organosilicon modified waterborne polyurethane in textile functional finishing was described,and its future research and application prospects were prospected.
