新功能氨基硅烷偶联剂DT-N609与八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)和封头剂六甲基二硅氧烷(MM)在氢氧化钾碱胶的催化作用下,通过本体聚合反应制得一种支链型氨基改性增深硅油原油.通过不同系列乳化剂的选择,优选出一种复合乳化剂,探讨了原油与复合乳化剂不同比例对增深效果和稳定性的影响.结果表明,新型氨基硅烷偶联剂DT-N609是一种可用于制备增深硅油原油的新功能硅烷偶联剂,优选原油和复合乳化剂质量比5∶1时进行工业化大生产,产品增深效果好、质量稳定,深得市场好评.
Preparation of a branched amino modified deepening silicone oil and its application
A new functional aminosilane coupling agent DT-N609 was used with octamethylcyclotetrasi-loxane(D4)and capping agent hexamethyldisiloxane(MM)to produce a branched amino modified deepening silicone oil crude oil by ontogenic polymerization reaction under the catalytic action of potassium hydroxide al-kali gel.By selecting different series of emulsifiers,a composite emulsifier was selected and the influence of different ratios of crude oil and composite emulsifiers on the deepening effect and stability was explored.The results showed that the new amino silane coupling agent DT-N609 was a new functional silane coupling agent that can be used to prepare deepening silicone oil crude oil.The optimal mass ratio of crude oil and composite emulsifier was 5∶1 for industrial production,and the product had good deep deepening effect and stable quality,which had won high praise in the market.
