Dyeing and finishing process of BCI cotton/recycled polyester blended knitted fabric
Reactive dyes/disperse dyes were used to dye BCI cotton/recycled polyester blended knitted fabrics. The color effect, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to soaping, color fastness to friction and color fastness to light and other different dyeing processes were compared, and the large-scale production process of BCI cotton/recycled polyester blended knitted fabrics was screened, the environmental pollution caused by wastewater caused by dyeing could be reduced in order to optimize the quality and cost of dyeing. The results showed that choosing scheme 4#for printing and dyeing processing was more cost-effective in terms of water, time and electricity consumption. The color fastness to dry friction of dyed fabric could reach 4-5 level, the color fastness to wet friction could reach 3-4 level, the color fastness to soaping could reach 4-5 level, and color fastness to perspiration could reach 4-5 level, which were feasible for production.
