摘要
分散染料在高温条件下会发生一定的热迁移,对聚酯纤维的染色质量(色牢度、色光等)产生明显的影响.通过分析分散染料特性及染色工艺、热处理温度与时间、染料的热升华性、有机溶剂和其他后整理助剂、染色后还原清洗以及热定形工艺对染料热迁移性的影响,将分散染料的热迁移现象控制在合理范围.
Abstract
Thermal migration of disperse dyes occurs at high temperature,which has obvious influence on dyeing quality(color fastness,color light,etc.)of polyester fibers.The thermal migration of disperse dyes was controlled in a reasonable range by considering the properties of disperse dyes,dyeing process,heat treatment temperature and time,dye sublimation,organic solvents and other finishing additives,reduction cleaning after dyeing and thermal setting process.
