摘要

建立测定工业用合成盐酸中总酸度不确定度的评定方法.主要参考GB/T 320-2006《工业用合成盐酸》和JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立测定工业用合成盐酸中总酸度不确定度的数学模型,并对不确定度的各种来源进行分析和评定.通过分析可知,工业用合成盐酸中总酸度的不确定度来源主要有5个方面:重复性实验、标准滴定溶液体积、标准滴定溶液浓度、氯化氢摩尔质量、样品质量.最终得出此次总酸度测定结果为(35.44±0.04)%,k=2.不确定度贡献率最大的是标准滴定溶液浓度,达到49.50%;其次为标准滴定溶液体积和重复性实验,分别为33.66%和11.88%.

Abstract

A method for evaluating the uncertainty of total acidity in synthetic hydrochloric acid for indus-trial use was established.Based on GB/T 320-2006 Synthetic hydrochloric acid for industrial use and JJF 1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement,a mathematical model was established to deter-mine the uncertainty of total acidity in synthetic hydrochloric acid for industrial use,and various sources of un-certainty were analyzed and evaluated.It could be seen from the analysis that the uncertainty of total acidity in synthetic hydrochloric acid for industrial use mainly came from 5 aspects:repeatability test,volume of stan-dard titration solution,concentration of standard titration solution,molar mass of hydrogen chloride and sam-ple mass.The total acidity was(35.44±0.04)%,k=2.The largest contribution rate of uncertainty was the con-centration of standard titration solution,which reached 49.50%.The volume and repeatability of standard titra-tion solution were 33.66%and 11.88%,respectively.
