以微晶纤维素、六水合硝酸锌和2-甲基咪唑为原料,通过水热法成功合成ZIF-8@TOCN纳米复合材料,同时利用多种仪器对其形貌、官能团和所含元素进行分析.探究不同吸附剂用量、染料质量浓度、pH和温度等条件下,ZIF-8@TOCN对罗丹明B的吸附效果,通过吸附/解吸实验评价其回用性能.结果表明:在温度为40℃,染料溶液pH为中性的50 mg/L罗丹明B溶液中,ZIF-8@TOCN用量为20 mg时,对RhB吸附率可达91.50%,ZIF-8@TOCN在连续的吸附/解吸实验中表现出良好的再生循环能力.
Preparation of nanomaterials ZIF-8@TOCN and adsorption of Rhodamine B
The ZIF-8@TOCN nanocomposites were synthesized by hydrothermal method using microcrys-talline cellulose,zinc nitrate hexahydrate and 2-methylimidazole as raw materials.The morphology,functional groups and elements of the composites were analyzed by various instruments.The adsorption effect of ZIF-8@TOCN on Rhodamine B was investigated under different adsorbent dosage,dye mass concentration,pH and temperature,and its reuse performance was evaluated through adsorption/desorption experiments.The re-sults showed that when the dosage of ZIF-8@TOCN was 20 mg in 50 mg/L Rhodamine B solution at 40℃and pH of dye solution was neutral,the adsorption rate of RhB could reach 91.50%.ZIF-8@TOCN showed good regeneration cycle ability in continuous adsorption/desorption experiments.
