羊毛-铋盐复合粉体的制备与光催化降解染料

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备铁酸铋和三氧化二铋粉体,采用水热法制备碳酸氧铋粉体.利用索氏萃取法对洗净烘干的羊毛纤维进行脱脂处理,然后冷冻研磨制备出羊毛粉.接着将羊毛粉分别和铁酸铋、三氧化二铋、碳酸氧铋粉体一起进行冷冻研磨制备得到铁酸铋-羊毛粉、三氧化二铋-羊毛粉、碳酸氧铋-羊毛粉复合粉体.使用X射线衍射仪分析样品的晶体结构,使用扫描电镜观察所制备样品的表面形貌.在可见光下催化降解亚甲基蓝染料评价样品的光催化性能.
Preparation of wool-bismuth salt composite powder and photocatalytic degradation of dyes
Bismuth ferrite and bismuth trioxide powder were prepared by the sol-gel method,and bis-muth oxycarbonate powder was prepared by the hydrothermal method.The washed and dried wool fibers were degreased by Soxhlet extraction,and then the wool powder was prepared by freezing and grinding.Then the wool powder was frozen ground with bismuth ferrite,bismuth trioxide and bismuth oxycarbonate powder to prepare bismuth ferrate-wool powder,bismuth trioxide wool powder and bismuth oxycarbonate wool powder.The crystal structure of the sample was analyzed by X-ray diffractometer,and the surface mor-phology was observed by scanning electron microscopy.The photocatalytic performance of methylene blue dye was evaluated by catalytic degradation under visible light.
