防皱剂NZK在针织面料中的大生产应用

摘要
着重介绍50s/1×2Supima棉+40D拉架单珠(50s/1×2 Ring Spun+40D Pre Cure)防皱针织面料的大生产应用,固色剂DM-2514N(M5)、保护剂F-PEB(M6)、亲水硅油DF-7026(M7)、防皱剂NZK(M8)按质量比2∶3∶4∶10在轧料槽中进行混合复配加水制成轧液,对织物进行一浸一轧整理,烘干,优选温度160℃、车速28 m/min.实验结果表明,整理后针织织物具有优良的抗皱效果以及较好的色牢度,而且具有生产可行性,符合实际大生产需求.
Abstract
The application of 50s/1×2Supima cotton+40D pull frame single bead(50s/1×2 Ring Spun+40D Pre Cure)anti-wrinkle knitted fabric in large-scale production was emphasized.DM-2514N(M5),protective agent F-PEB(M6),hydrophilic silicone oil DF-7026(M7),anti-wrinkle agent NZK(M8)were mixed and mixed in the rolling tank according to the mass ratio of 2∶3∶4∶10 to make rolling liquid,and the fabric was finished and dry by dipping and rolling.The optimum temperature was 160℃and the vehicle speed was 28 m/min.The experimental results showed that the finished knitted fabric has excellent anti-wrinkle effect and better color fastness,and it is feasible to produce,and meets the actual demand of large-scale production.
