介绍棉梭织物平网印花生产流程,指出各工序的注意事项;分析印花生产过程中常见的皱条、错版、拖浆、砂眼等异常产生的原因,并给出对应的解决措施.
Abstract
The production process of flat screen printing for cotton woven fabric was introduced,and the precautions in each process were pointed out.The causes of the common anomalies such as wrinkle,wrong plate,dragging pulp and sand hole in the printing process were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were given.
