铁酸铋的制备及其对废水的光芬顿降解性能

以Fe(NO3)3∙9H2O和Bi(NO3)3∙5H2O为原料,采用水热法合成铁酸铋,对合成的样品进行XRD和SEM表征.以印染厂三级出水为研究对象,以废水的COD和苯胺浓度为指标,采用光芬顿方法,研究铁酸铋对废水的光降解性能,考察了废水初始pH、铁酸铋用量、H2O2用量和添加方式对铁酸铋光解性能的影响.结果表明,在初始pH为3、铁酸铋用量超过50 mg/mL、H2O2用量超过1 mL/50 mL(0.5 mL/50 mL)时,COD和苯胺的去除效果好;对于COD,H2O2分批添加的方式去除效果较好,但是对于苯胺,H2O2一次性添加方式去除效果好.
Preparation of bismuth ferrite and its photo-Fenton degradation of wastewater
Using Fe(NO3)3∙9H2O and Bi(NO3)3∙5H2O as raw materials,bismuth ferrite was synthesized by hydrothermal method,and the samples were characterized by XRD and SEM.The photodegradation perfor-mance of bismuth ferrite on wastewater was studied by using the photofenton method with the COD and ani-line of wastewater as indexes.The effects of initial pH,the amount of bismuth ferrite,the amount of H2O2 and the way of addition on the photolysis performance of bismuth ferrite were investigated.The results showed that when the initial pH was 3 and the amount of bismuth ferrite was more than 50 mg/mL,the amount of H2O2 was more than 1 mL/50 mL(0.5 mL/50 mL),the removal effects of COD and aniline were both good.The effect of batch addition of H2O2 for COD was better than that of single addition of H2O2 for aniline.
