Synergistic effect of sodium sulfate of isomeronol polyoxyethylene ether with cocamidopropyl betaine
The sodium sulfate of isomeric decyl polyoxyethylene ether(1005S)with EO number 5 and co-camidopropyl hydroxy sulfobetaine(CHSB)was mixed in different proportions, and the properties of the hybrid system were studied, including equilibrium surface tension, dynamic surface tension, emulsification, foam and wettability. The results showed that for the compound system, when CHSB and 1005S were compounded with a mass ratio of 5∶5,the surface tension was 31.7 mN/m,the critical micelle concentration was 9.8×10-3 g/L,and the mixed system was better than the single component in emulsifying, wetting and foaming, and had a good synergistic effect. The anion/zwitterionic surfactant compound had an excellent compounding ef-fect,which provided a scientific basis for the goal of environmentally friendly and efficient production.
