摘要
探讨高温荧光增白剂TF-9021S用量、优化定形温度、耐焙烘性能,分析水质硬度及pH对增白效果的影响.结果表明:TF-9021S具有良好的提升性能,在210℃时定形白度较好,高温焙烘后白度几乎没有下降;在不同pH及水质硬度下白度差异不大,并具有良好的耐日晒、耐氯漂及抗酚黄变性能,是一种性能优异的耐高温涤纶增白剂.
Abstract
The dosage,optimal setting temperature and baking resistance of high-temperature fluores-cent whitening agent TF-9021S were explored,and the effects of water hardness and pH on the whitening ef-fect were analyzed.The results showed that TF-9021S had good enhancement performance,and the white-ness was better when the temperature was 210℃,and almost no decrease in whiteness after high-tempera-ture baking.At different pH and water hardness,there was not much difference in whiteness,and it had good resistance to sunlight,chlorine bleaching and phenolic yellowing.It was an excellent high-temperature resis-tant polyester whitening agent.
